As a pink hyacinth begins to bloom in the kitchen windowsill of my newly clean and much more organized home, I am thinking about making next week a week of pink. The truth is that my favorite color is blue. But a dash, just a dash of pink makes me very very happy. And don't get me started on pink buttons. But a dash of pink during a time of year that seems to sometimes be steeped in grey? Yes, I think that sounds just about perfect.
Want to join me for a little pink next week?

These phtoos are exactly the colors of a quilt I've been thinking of this week! Great reference.
I never remember how happy pink makes me feel until I see it...beautiful...
i am so in ... pink always makes me happy !!! these are beautiful :-) xoxxox
I've always loved pink, but didn't want to admit it because I thought it was too "girly" and I was more of a tomboy. So I kind of switched to loving purple, but I guess now I'm mature enough to admit that I do still love pink - all the different shades of it - and love how you've put this together!!
Yes. Tell me what you're thinking. . .
I used to hate pink. I think it was a sort of weird (and mild) rebellion. But now I love certain shades of it. A pink week sounds perfect to combat the grey skies here. (Blue is my favorite colour, too.) (And I'm pretending to be British or Canadian today with that extra "u" in color.) (Who am I kidding? I often pretend to be British or Canadian!)
I love this - sounds like fun! xo
BEAUTIFUL collage Liz. I want a print of it framed by my nightstand.
Oh. Yum.
