Your title speaks loud and clear to me about something I have a really difficult time with. The end of the day arrives and I always struggle with just letting go and relaxing. I always feel like I should continue to be productive in some way. I'm not sure I have ever thought specifically about balance at the end of my day, but I will carry this thought with me now...thank you!!
