Thank you, Liz. I feel very not-alone right now. (I cannot watch Vimeo videos on my computer; they are so slow as to be rendered unwatchable - but your video played perfectly.)

Sending you and your family blessings and love. May your Thanksgiving be full of warmth and rest and peace.

Liz ~ how wonderful it was for me to hear your voice and see your beautiful face. We are all so lucky in this world that you are so brave to share your story with us. You really do hold up a mirror and let me see that I am not alone and that I to need to share my truth with the world. Even if it is a sad truth. You have opened me up in such incredible ways. I am totally soaking in your book...it is such a beautiful book. When I first got I just flipped through it in awe and all I kept saying was "wow this is so beautiful"

Thank you Liz, for you being you....just as you are. And for sharing that with all of us. I am so blessed and lucky that we were cabin mates at squam that first year. You opened up the door for me to so many beautiful and wonderful things. Thank you for that.

Sending you and your family love and light. And know that you are always in my thoughts.

Liz, It is so nice to finally "see" you. I hope you make more videos, I really enjoy listening to you. I have to tell you I am just starting on Inner Excavation and had a message fall out of the book on me yesterday. Such a powerful thing! Thank you!
