sleep, grow, bloom, repeat {self-portrait challenge}
the always turning cycle of the earth. the seasons. the great sleep and then the little sliver of green bursting through to grow until it blooms. then back to the beginning. repeat.
a rhythm. a belief in possibility. a commitment to letting go and living.

I feel like I'm stuck in that cycle somewhere between sleeping and growing. But as all cycles must, the blooming will come by and by.
Love your SPC today and your new profile photo as well (it really shows off your new haircut.)

mmmm...yes...
this reminds me of something gore said in an inconvienent truth--he showed a reading of the carbon released by the earth and during one part of the year it was high, and during the other part it was low--he said it was like the earth breathing--inhaling (low), exhaling (high)--something about that really touched me and left me feeling more connected to the earth...to imagine the earth breathing made it more alive to me...
Hi. This is a great shot. You look very interested, very loving, and very connected to earth's lovely goodness. I love how this picture captures that moment.
