Such fun stuff...I love pink and red together. My entire apartment is decorated in pink and red...I like to think of it as a little valentine house :)

For some reason, it looks like tea will taste better in a real teacup like that. My only question for teacup manufacturers is, "Why are the holders always so small? Unless you're a delicate woman, you can't get your finger to fit in it."

oohh la la, now you weren't kidding about all the goodies over here. CANNOT wait to see what you make with the fabric (well, i have a hunch, but i really want to see).

Your blog is lovely. After I'd looked around a bit I thought, "This blog gives me the same feeling I get when I stand on the beach and look out at the ocean." Funny, because of the winter theme, but good, nonetheless. Very calming. Love the pictures and the colors. Thanks.

I love your magnetic board--have been wanting to do something to showcase all of the bits and pieces I have found myself lately! My Petunia and I have gotten onto a wire-button-flower making kick lately (sounds odd, but I have a glass vase full of buttons at the bottom and two dozen button flowers in a riot of colors bursting over my kitchen windowsill...a pink button bouquet would be lovely though!)
Thanks for sharing these sweet things...
Love,
D.

Hello :) I just found you via the mug swap, and am so glad that I have! Your blog is gorgeous, as is your precious dog, and that cup & saucer is so lovely! What a wonderful post this is, so filled with lovely things!
I am moved by your gratitude blog, too, and am inspired to do that for myself.
So lovely to 'meet' you. I'll be back! :)

My best to you,
Suze xXx

I'm so disappointed I missed out on the teacup swap but I've been loving seeing what everyone received! Your fabrics are delicious and I can't wait to see what you cook up. And I'm coveting your pink thrifty buttons, just lovely.

Everything looks so yummy! Can't wait to see what you will do with all that fabric! Are you going to use the buttons, too?

I love the multiplicity of it all...the abundance (my word for 2007)--so many possibilities with all of the fabric and the buttons...so much opportunity for making dreams concrete.

And love your dream board!

I LOVE the Strawberry Shortcake box especially (the buttons, tea cup, and fabrics are magical, too). I had the same box when I was a little girl. Your picture even brought back smell memories of that box. I forgot how important it was to me. Thanks for the reminder.

That is the sweetest little teacup ever! So prescious and all the treasures you have come across are so beautifully feminine and fun.
