Love this and it's very relevant in my life right now. I've decided recently to start unsubscribing from the umpteen activist/take action emails because I'm neglecting myself and using "taking action" as a avoidance tactic in taking care of myself.

It's time to be brave and face myself so your image is an awesome reminder to let go right now :)
