Your weekend invitation:
Gather a few things that bring you joy.
Get outside.
And lean into living. 

Then notice the shift the really living part brings...to your mind, to your body, to your heart.

I love that phrase 'lean into living'. I will put that into practice this weekend with my family. Also, loving your book....
