Part of being a parent is just forgiving yourself again and again. When you have a triumph, like being able to take in the waist of the special pajamas she has to wear for her pajama party at school tomorrow and you save the day, well, you have to hold that triumph close.

I haven't been to your blog in quite awhile; I came across your bookmark while doing some computer cleaning today. All I wanted to say was I can't believe how big your daughter is getting! WOW! I can remember when you were pregnant with her & all of what ensued. It is so heart lifting to see her so big, so beautiful, so HAPPY! Bless you all. Mary

And I meant to tell you... how funny... in your welcome page you wrote you don't have to save anyone, and instead, I believe you're indeed "saving" a lot of people doing what you do! Keep going.
