an evening chat and a dare.

if you knocked on the front door tonight. if you knocked on my front door any night with your mug of tea because we lived right down the street from each other...well...if you did that very thing, you would find me looking kinda like this. in my flannel pjs and no make-up and so on. you would find me, kinda like this...

Hmmmm....I will have give this some thought...and at some point between now and next Thursday I have a feeling we might talk about it. I like your dare. You already know how I feel about your PJ's. And I wish you were just down the street. It would be so much more convenient! he he. xoxoxo

how i love the thought of having a friend so close by that i could walk to their house, warm full mug in hand, in my pj's just to knock on the door and say hello... i think i will put that wish out there, for the universe to hear and maybe just one day it will happen... meanwhile i will come here and and there to say my hellos... ;-)
love this video and that sweet wink!
hmmm... what am i afraid of? what do i want to do... much to think about.

Mmmmm, I'll have to think about what I'd like to do. So many possibilities. Thank you for the gentle nudge.

Sending you smiles.

OHHHH! What a dare. I am thinking and wondering too. Thank you for your honesty and for letting me see you in those adorable pj's

I have chosen to learn the Star Wars theme on the piano and play it for a "family small emsemble" concert accompanied by my 12 year old son on his trumpet. I've only had 10 piano lessons in my life time and they all began a few months ago. Yes I'm terrified. I do have until April to learn the song so I guess I'll have to come up with another challenge for this week.

Oooo. I'm with Misty. I would love a sister soul close by that I can walk over to with my big fat mug of tea or hot coco and snuggle while giggling the evening away. I too put that wish out into the universe...

As for the one brave out of the ordinary thing... not sure. I'm going to sit with it, because I know it wants to be discovered by me!

muah to you!

I did!Suddenly though. Was told by store owner that she had thrown away 2 pirate ships in a container behind the stores.I ran to container in my dress and what have you.Jumped up,found a magazine rack.Took that out and used as a ladder.Inside scared stiff of rats and snakes found the two ships.Peace my two grandchildren will be happy.I waved to all who popped their head out scared they would call someone.I looked the part,so my waving surely did not help any .Life is fun!

You know, I've done a few things, and it isn't even Thursday yet.

1. I've said OK to have a house concert held at my house. Strangers! In my house! Potentially a lot of them!

2. I hung out for the first time with someone I didn't know very well. And we had a great time, too.

3. I asked for help when I needed it.

4. I answered honestly when my boss asked me how I was doing.
