a weekend giveaway!
poem note postcard on my studio altar this morning
Happy June!
During the last week of May and first week of June, we have three birthdays around here. Geminis...all of us...can you even imagine?
So today, as a way to invite you over for cupcakes and pink lemonade, I want to do a weekend giveaway! And I want to tie it all in to celebrating the upcoming Inner Excavate-along that begins June 11.
Two people will win a copy of my book Inner Excavation (and I'll mail them out Monday so that you hopefully get them in time to play along or give to a friend who wants to join in).
Two people will win a set of my Poem Note postcards from Chickadee Road
Two people will win a set of Kelly's Studio Wisdom postcards from Chickadee Road.
One person will win an I am Enough locket from my Etsy shop.
One person will win a Trust tattoo and a Tell Your Story tattoo from Chickadee Road.
To play along, please leave a comment sharing one of your favorite words (later, I'll add these words to a word list I'll share during the Inner Excavate-along).
To enter more than once (up to three times total), please share a link to the Inner Excavate-along info page on your Twitter, Facebook, or blog (just come back here and let me know that you've shared it by leaving another comment).
The giveaway will close Sunday at 9PM PST.
PS If you don't see your comment appear right away, never fear, it is just awaiting moderation. Sometimes certain comments seem to get caught up in the moderation filter. I will get to it as soon as possible (so no need to write the same one multiple times). Thanks!
UPDATE: Comments are closed as the giveaway has ended. I'll announce the winners on Monday!

Love the word encourager! Can't wait to play! kb
oops - just shared on FB - hey "share", that's a great word! :)
I'm so excited about the Inner Excavate-along! I keep not giving myself time to delve into your book. This is my chance to finally sink into it. Yay!
My word to share: Adventure!
Oh, and I just shared the link on my FB page.
Messy!
The word that feels the most delicious in my mouth when I say it (or even think it!) is SAVOUR, which also happens to be my word for this year!
Have blogged about your fantastic giveaway here: http://isawyoudancing.blogspot.com.au/2012/06/savouring-my-satirday.html (complete with errant spelling of the word Saturday, which also happens to be another favourite word).
And have tweeted about it (RT-ing one of yours) too.
Really keen to spread the love, as this is going to be one fantastic read-along!!
My favorite word right now (which was never a favorite before I made it my word for this year) is trust. It has taken me on an very interesting journey so far, and I'm really looking forward to continuing with Inner Excavation.
KIND is one of my favorites right now... need to remind myself time after time to be kind to myself!
Thanks for the giveaway!
Oh, and happy birthday to all of you! Big B-day hug and may you be blessed in the new chapter of your lives!
One of my favorite words, if you will consider those in Spanish, is "querencia." I first learned of it in JourneyNotes, by Richard Solly and Roseann Lloyd. They define it as the "most-loved place, the place to which one returns for healing of the spirit."

I Tweeted about it with a link, too! Can't wait:)
My favorite word is BODACIOUS
My word is BALANCE. Something I have been working on this year, between family, work, and "me time". I took your Create Space course Liz, and wow....I am still pondering over so much of what I learned! It's a tough thing that balance, but I continue to plod away and so far so good. Baby steps...
Favorite word: Enjoy!
Thanks for the giveaway!
Always FUN!
My favorite word seems to change with the seasons of my life. Right now, it is breathe.
breathe!!

So excited! I LOVE my copy of Inner Excavation and am thrilled to have some encouragement to really work through it. I'll be blogging about this tomorrow--I'll come back then!
My word . . . ohhh, my, so hard to pick just one. Today, I think it's surrender.
Shared on Facebook with love!
here's a good word: contumacious! I love the sound of this word, being an old Scots word for being difficult, cheeky and disrespectful. why use 3 words when 1 word would do! I've not long bought my copy of the book and am really looking forward to doing it with you.
